Send us an email at info@momochadetroit.com with the following info:
1. Pickup or delivery including address (see note on delivery fees below)
2. Date and time
3. Selected menu items
4. Desired spice level (mild, medium or hot)
5. Any allergies?
6. Tax exempt? If so include necessary documents (see note on exemption)After we receive the inquiry email we will confirm the order and quantities and then send you an invoice for your review. Once we receive an email reply with the invoice approval then your order is all set and does not need further confirmation.

Here’s how to pay:
If delivery, once your invoice is confirmed a payment link will be emailed to you. Please note if we do not receive payment the business day prior your delivery is not guaranteed.
If picking up, pay in person on pick-up date.
Stop by our counter during business hours to pay ahead of time if you like.
Email us to request a copy of your transaction receipt.

We require at least 2 restaurant business days notice (Tue-Sun, also please note holiday closures) but ideally at least a few days.
For example: an order for pickup on Tuesday morning must be submitted by Saturday morning at the latest.

Unfortunately at this time we don’t offer delivery. It might be something we provide in the future but for now catering orders are pick-up only. Thanks for understanding!

PLEASE INFORM US! We’ll make sure everything you ordered is allergen-free, or that everything is clearly labeled so your guests know what is what. In addition, we clearly mark your invoice so the kitchen is aware.

If you would like to request that your catering purchase be tax exempt you will need to provide us with two documents by the date of payment:
(1) a certificate of exemption downloadable here and (2) IRS 501(c)(3) determination letter for your organization.
The administrative or finance office of your organization will be able to provide these for you. Please note that if we do not receive these by the date the payment is due we can not waive the tax on the transaction. In addition we can not provide refunds retroactively specifically for the tax on a transaction.

All our catering orders are packed in sturdy disposable aluminum pans.
